Briggins began with a dream. To help men walk a little taller with formal wear designed just for them. Founded in 2006 by Melbourne locals, all our garments are custom made to the highest quality. Every suit is made using premium fabrics and materials, hand crafted by our master tailor.
It has been our mission to create a comfortable, inviting showroom experience like no other, and provide affordable, custom made suits for men across Melbourne. Having created over 50,000 suits since first opening our doors, the experience and accomplishments of our team are second to none. From custom made suits to tailor made shirts and overcoats, there is nothing we cannot do.

Our very own suit magician (i.e. master tailor), Younna has over 20 years of experience in tailoring and dress making.
Starting her career as a professional painter, she has an artistic eye, lending itself perfectly to pattern-making and tailoring.
Youna also uses her love for the arts in flower arranging and indoor plants – hence why our showroom is starting to look more like a jungle than a suit store.

Starting her career as an accountant then a management consultant, Fiona has now delved into the world of small business. Her fascination in high quality menswear and retail, means that she is forever curious about our customers and what they would like to wear.
Born and raised in Melbourne, she can’t resist overpriced bread and coffee.
Our chief happiness officer. Also trading in her Management Consulting career for something different.
With a PHD in marketing, Ange is our expert in customer experience and making our clients laugh.
A true Honduran girl, she was raised in the ‘hood’ and loves a good taco.

With 7 years of tailoring wisdom under his perfectly hemmed belt, David didn’t always live in swatches and lapels. He actually kicked off his career in tech consulting, but eventually traded spreadsheets for suit fabrics — and we’re glad he did.
He’s also the star of our Briggins Rant series, where he shares his knowledge (and strong opinions) on all things suiting.
